The committee is pleased to announce the appointment of our new Club Captain, George.
George Chequer has been part of the club for many years, originally playing on Sundays and currently playing on Saturdays.
George made his debut in the 2015-16 season, playing 23 times, getting 28 man of the match votes and scoring 3 goals. He played for 6 seasons before leaving us temporarily for 3 seasons and returning for the 2014-2025 season.
Not including the current season George has made 130 appearances, with 183 man of the match votes and scored 11 goals.
As club captain, George wants to hear from you if you have any issues that you would prefer not discussing with your manager.
